1. Introduction

Welcome! Your access to the Rivaldom application ("App") is governed by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). "You" and "your" refer to the user, and if you are a minor, also your parent(s) or legal guardian(s). "We", "us", "our" refer to QasbahLabs, the publisher of the App:

The App is for entertainment purposes only and may be available for a limited time, solely at QasbahLabs' discretion. We reserve the right to suspend, remove, or alter any part of the App without prior notice.

2. Acceptance of Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. This Agreement may be modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of the latest version. If you disagree, please stop using the App.

3. Access and Use

An internet connection is required to download the App, use certain features, play online, or receive updates. Access may be suspended or revoked at any time, especially in cases of unauthorized use.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. QasbahLabs does not automatically collect personal data such as your email address unless you provide it explicitly.

4. Limited Operation and Future Changes

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or remove any part of the App at any time. This includes deletion of data or virtual items (cards, points, resources) due to fraud, inactivity, or system limitations. No refunds or compensation will be provided.

We may introduce paid features in the future. Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance through the App.

5. Unlimited Play and In-App Purchases

Certain features (e.g., Unlimited Play) may be unlocked through in-app purchases via third-party platforms (Google Play, App Store, etc.). These purchases do not grant ownership, have no real-world monetary value, and are non-refundable. Minors must obtain parental consent before making any purchase.

6. Virtual Items

Virtual items obtained in the App hold no real-world value and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. We reserve the right to modify or remove such items at any time without notice.

7. Linked Content

The App may contain links to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (text, graphics, sounds, videos, code) is the property of QasbahLabs or its partners. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or extraction is strictly prohibited.

9. User Conduct

You must not:

• Hack, cheat, or exploit the App;
• Access or tamper with another user’s data;
• Upload viruses or unlawful content;
• Bypass technical protections;
• Reverse-engineer or extract source code.

Violations may result in permanent account suspension.

10. Games and Rewards

Game mechanics may offer rewards. These rewards are distributed based on in-app rules and cannot be disputed. These rules are subject to change at any time.

11. Security and Liability

You are solely responsible for all actions performed using your credentials. If unauthorized use occurs, contact us immediately. QasbahLabs is not liable for losses resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify QasbahLabs, its employees, partners, and subcontractors from any claims arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the App.

13. Limitation of Liability

QasbahLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., data loss, access denial, profit loss). Total liability shall not exceed fifty (50) euros.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by French law. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

16. Personal Data and GDPR Rights

If you request data deletion, all related game data, including virtual items and progression, will be permanently removed. This action is irreversible.
