RIVALDOM PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how QasbahLabs, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under SIREN 938 224 375, with its registered office at 10 Promenade Vasco de Gama, 93160 Noisy-le-Grand, France, collects, uses, and shares your personal data through the use of the mobile application Rivaldom (the “App”), available on Google Play and the App Store.

1. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. By continuing to use the App after a revision, you accept the updated version. If you disagree with any changes, please uninstall the App.

2. Scope of this Policy

This policy applies solely to data collected via the Rivaldom App. It does not apply to our websites, other apps, or services offered by third parties accessible through the App.

3. Information Collected

✅ Initial version (v1): No personal data automatically collected.

The App currently does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII). However, certain technical data may be temporarily processed to ensure the proper functioning of the game, including:

• IP address (for security and fair play monitoring)
• Device ID (to prevent fraud)
• Email address (only if you contact support at support@qasbahlabs.com)

Should we introduce social login via Facebook, Google, or Apple in the future, we will only collect the necessary identifiers for account creation or recovery (e.g., username, third-party ID, possibly email).

We will not access or store your friends list without explicit consent.

4. Use of Collected Data

The limited data collected (IP, Device ID, contact email) may be used to:

• Improve the App’s performance and experience
• Manage game sessions and balance
• Respond to support requests
• Prevent fraud or abuse

5. Children Under 13

We do not allow children under 13 to use Rivaldom. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of an account associated with a user under 13, it will be deleted immediately.

6. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Technical service providers (e.g., Firebase, Google, Apple, crash/analytics tools) may process limited data strictly to operate the App. All such providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.

7. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary to operate game functions. If the App is uninstalled or a deletion request is made, relevant data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

8. GDPR Rights and Data Deletion
